About Us

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our childcare and education center in Eluru, India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and education to children aged 0-6 years old.

Job Role

The Center Head is accountable for driving the overall strategy and direction of the center. This includes continuously improving practices, policies, processes, and behaviours that underpin a safety culture.

  • Safeguarding Lead: Ensuring the well-being and safety of all children in the center's care.
  • Behavioural Standards: Setting high standards of behaviour across the setting consistent with our principles.
  • Team Development: Cultivating a motivated and self-directed team to deliver world-class customer service.
  • Care and Education: Maintaining high-quality care and education through internal audits and external regulatory assessments.
  • Budget Optimisation: Optimising revenue and occupancy levels.
  • Nursery Strategy: Developing and executing a nursery strategy to outperform KPIs.
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • An Early Years qualification (Early Years degree desirable).
  • Solid commercial acumen.
  • Excellent performance coaching skills.

  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Planning and strategic thinking.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements.
