Job Title: Oracle EPM FCCS, ARCS & EPBCS Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM expert with expertise in FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close), ARCS (Account Reconciliation), and EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service). The role involves end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of EPM Cloud applications to drive accurate consolidation, streamlined reconciliations, and effective planning & forecasting processes.

The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS solutions. They will work closely with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.

  • Design, configure, and deploy FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS solutions
  • Develop metadata, business rules, calculations, data forms, and dashboards across all three applications
  • Configure account reconciliations in ARCS, including profiles, formats, and matching rules
  • Support consolidation and close cycles in FCCS, including intercompany eliminations, cash flow, and reporting
  • Build planning, budgeting, and forecasting models in EPBCS, including workforce, capex, and financials
  • Manage data integration and automation between EPM modules and ERP systems using Data Management and EPM Automate
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Smart View queries for end-users
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution
