Oracle PBCS Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Hyperion Planning and Budgeting, as well as experience with the EPM/Hyperion integration.

  • Must have at least 10 years of experience in implementing Hyperion Planning and Budgeting, as well as experience with the EPM/Hyperion integration.
  • 6+ successful end-to-end implementations in HP and E/PBCS required.
  • Lead the solution build and guide the project team to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting, including application creation, metadata build, planning form development, validation, business rules, integration, workflow, and security configuration, reports, backup automation, etc.
  • Functional understanding of planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Strong understanding of the integration capability of HP and E/PBCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Applications or related field.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Confident and assertive individual with excellent presentation skills.
  • Prior onsite projects experience in GCC regions would be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost Management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be an added advantage.
