Job Title: Enterprise Transformation Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive professional to drive business growth and improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience with reporting tools, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams to deliver insights and operational enhancements for senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create reports and presentations to track progress against strategic objectives for executive management and key stakeholders.
  • Develop business cases for transformation opportunities and identify areas for process improvements.
  • Prepare content and inputs for key governance meetings including risk assessment, quarterly performance reviews, and executive briefings.
  • Support preparation of senior leadership communications and other strategic materials.
  • Reconcile actual internal and external data with HR systems to track entity growth and scale.
  • Develop metrics projections based on current staffing, open positions, and planned transitions.
  • Prepare presentations for quarterly business reviews and ensure business decks are regularly updated for leadership consumption.
  • Maintain and improve dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI; identify opportunities for automation to streamline existing reporting processes.
  • Liaise with IT teams and external vendors to coordinate enhancements and updates to reporting infrastructure.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning and drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • A master's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, project management, or business management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
