Technical Project Management Specialist

We're looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master to oversee and coordinate our ERP projects from afar.
This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP initiatives.
You'll be responsible for:
- Serving as Scrum Master/TPM for ERP and related integration projects;
- Managing project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP initiatives;
- Driving sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming;
- Tracking project progress, risks, and issues across the team;
- Ensuring proper documentation, communication, and coordination with stakeholders;
- Identifying process improvements and enforcing Agile best practices;
- Managing Kronos implementation or support activities (if applicable);
- Reporting on team velocity, project health, and stakeholder satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience, with at least 4 years in project management or Scrum Master roles;
