Job Overview:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Administrator is a key role that requires expertise in managing and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure smooth campaign execution, data integration, automation, and user support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the platform and be able to collaborate across teams, troubleshoot issues, and drive platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Client marketing managers on a daily basis to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Build and configure Customer Journeys to deliver personalized experiences
  • Design and build lead generation forms, surveys, and content to engage customers
  • Set up cloud pages/forms and scripting to automate processes
  • Execute campaigns efficiently and effectively
  • Provide constant consultations and trainings for campaign managers to ensure they have the skills needed to succeed
  • Maintain close contacts with CRM owners to understand customer data and behavior
  • Create Segments in Data Cloud to enable targeted marketing efforts
  • Assist in the adoption of the platforms and provide ongoing support to ensure seamless integration

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as SF Marketing Cloud Consultant
  • SF Marketing Cloud Consultant Certified
  • At least 2 other SF certifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
