Prosthodontic Specialist Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Prosthodontist to oversee the design, fabrication, and finishing of dental prostheses. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our Removable Prosthetics, Implant, and Crown & Bridge teams to ensure the production of high-quality dental restorations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the design, fabrication, and finishing of dental prostheses.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to dental technicians to enhance skills and improve techniques.
  • Conduct quality checks at every stage of production to ensure adherence to clinical accuracy, aesthetics, and functional standards.
  • Liaise with international clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support.
  • Assist in product development and process improvement to meet evolving dental technology trends.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical or production-related challenges in collaboration with the manufacturing team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of processes, feedback, and improvements for ongoing quality enhancement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MDS in Prosthodontics.
  • Minimum 0–6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in Removable, Implant, and Crown & Bridge prostheses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with international clients professionally.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and modern dental manufacturing technology is an advantage.
