Company Overview Illusion Dental Laboratory is dedicated to delivering the highest quality dental restorations with a focus on timely service and customer satisfaction Our expert team offers a unique blend of technical expertise and personal service that ensures dependable results With an emphasis on open communication and feedback we take pride in using top-tier restorative systems Located in Mumbai Andheri we are a growing team of 51-200 committed to dental excellence Job Overview We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial transactions reconciling accounts preparing financial reports and supporting the finance team in maintaining smooth financial operations Key Responsibilities Accounts Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger entries Invoicing Payments Prepare and send invoices track payments and follow up on overdue accounts Ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers Reconciliation Perform bank and cash reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records Financial Reporting Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for management review Internal Controls Ensure that all accounting activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards Accounting Software Utilize accounting software to input track and generate reports as needed Communication Liaise with vendors clients and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field Proven experience as an Accounts Executive Accountant or similar role Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software e g Tally SAP and Microsoft Office Excel Word Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Soft Skills Time management and organizational skills Problem-solving ability Ability to multitask and handle a variety of accounting functions Monday to Saturday working
