About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in upholding quality standards and delivering exceptional results as a Quality Assurance Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to drive quality initiatives across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Quality Control Protocols: Develop and implement quality control protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless operations across manufacturing, warehousing, and packaging.
  • Audit and Approve Suppliers: Conduct thorough audits of manufacturers and raw material suppliers to guarantee compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), and Earthful standards.
  • Manage Quality Checks: Oversee quality checks for raw materials, blends, and finished goods through internal and third-party labs to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Complete Regulatory Training: Successfully complete Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Food Security Training to stay up-to-date with industry regulations.
  • Lead Issue Resolution: Utilize Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve issues, implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality processes.
