Job Title:

Senior Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our technical discussions and drive project execution with excellence. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring timely deliveries within scope, quality, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients to ensure effective communication.
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
  • Determine project success criteria and disseminate them throughout the project life cycle.
  • Analyze results and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical capability.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • PMP or Prince2 certified manager.
Essential Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 14-18 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Banking / Capital Market industry.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience working on cloud environment (AWS, Azure).
  • Java, J2EE, and related technologies with exposure to DevOps, CI, CD.
