Job Summary:

The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for owning and executing HighRadius Cloud product implementations for Fortune 2000 clients. This role offers high visibility with regular client interaction as the main Point of Contact during Build, Testing, and Hypercare phases of Highradius Product Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Cloud products for Fortune 2000 companies across the globe.
  • Write SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration.
  • Run and execute the project through various phases including Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-live, and Hyper-care.
  • Build rapport with clients and manage them effectively, conducting UAT and support shadow sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy projects with agreed KPIs, testing end-to-end process flows, and validating value outcomes.
  • Keep Delivery Manager and/or Program Director honest and up to date on any potential risks related to Project Implementation.
