Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the execution of our interior and architectural design projects.

  • This is a key role that requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in construction methods, materials, and interior finishing details.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple sites, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time while upholding the design intent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-cycle project execution from kick-off to handover.
  • Detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans development.
  • Timelines, deliverables, and progress management for multiple high-end interior or architectural projects.
  • Site supervision efforts to ensure adherence to design and technical specifications.
  • Internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants management.
  • Client liaison to ensure transparent communication and timely updates.
  • Regular review meetings with clients, designers, and vendors to align expectations.
  • Quality assurance procedures implementation and compliance with safety standards enforcement.
  • Risk identification and resolution without compromising project goals.
  • Accurate project documentation including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.
  • Project status reports presentation to senior leadership and clients regularly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or architectural execution.
  • Proven experience handling luxury residential or commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic AutoCAD/SketchUp understanding.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Multitasking and ability to manage multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and local language(s) preferred.
