We are currently seeking a creative and skilled Interior Design Project Lead to spearhead the design and execution of luxury and premium residential interior projects. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced designer to utilize their strong vision, leadership skills, and technical expertise to deliver high-quality designs that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead end-to-end design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and translate them into comprehensive and detailed designs.
  • To create mood boards, space planning, layouts, and 3D visualizations that bring designs to life and effectively communicate the project's scope and intent.
  • To coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure seamless design execution and timely project completion.
  • To review material selections and guarantee that the final product aligns with design quality standards and client requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Mentor junior designers and interns, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally and develop their skills.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture, accompanied by at least 3 years of experience in residential interior design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office is also essential, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • At least 3 years of experience in residential interior design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing residential projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
