Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Business Development Specialist to drive sales growth and expansion. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is suitable for a professional with a strong background in sales and marketing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Good understanding of the building materials industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
