Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading all finance-related activities, including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and reporting. You will also own strategic financial planning and partner with leadership to drive business growth.

You will be responsible for building financial models that help us make informed decisions and lead investor and board reporting with clarity and confidence. Additionally, you will oversee audits, compliance, and legal coordination with external partners.

Furthermore, you will build a small but mighty finance function that scales with the business. This involves hiring and managing a team of finance professionals, developing processes and systems, and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting
  • Own strategic financial planning and partner with leadership
  • Build financial models and lead investor and board reporting
  • Oversight of audits, compliance, and legal coordination
  • Build a small but mighty finance function that scales with the business
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  1. CA with 6–10 years of experience in finance, preferably in startups, e-commerce, fashion, or marketplaces
  2. A deep understanding of consumer businesses and marketplace economics
  3. Strategic finance chops – you're not just operational; you think big and long-term
  4. Experience building financial systems and models from scratch
  5. Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership teams
  6. You thrive in ambiguity and move quickly without losing accuracy
