Job Description\

Animator & Rigger Mentor Opportunity

\
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to mentor and direct our artists, particularly in the field of Animation.\

Responsibilities include:

\
  • \
  • Providing software training for film and advertising needs using Autodesk Maya & Blender\
  • Teaching animation and rigging principles in various styles (realistic, cartoonish, stylized, etc.)\
  • Developing effective teaching methods for in-house animators & riggers\
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance individual skills and expertise\
  • Sharing industry insights and best practices as an Animator and Rigger\
\
Required Skills and Qualifications\

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Mastery of animation and rigging using Blender and Maya software\
  • Strong understanding of animation principles and workflows\
  • Ability to adapt to different animation styles and projects\
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills\
  • Experience mentoring junior animators and riggers\
