- Coordinating Corrections and Transport Systems (CTS) and Change Management processes">
- Providing support for all aspects of SAP management, including Solution Manager Module">
- Conducting performance monitoring and offering tuning recommendations for SAP systems">
Key Responsibilities
">This role entails technical design and implementation of global SAP implementations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
">Responsibilities also include:
">- ">
- Setting up and administering SAP print services and queues">
- Coordinating SAP system performance and capacity planning to meet business needs">
- Working closely with Global Data Center, technical, and functional staff to achieve project objectives">
- Leading upgrade and maintenance projects to enhance information on hardware, data transfer, replication, restoration, or other necessary activities">
- Collaborating with business application staff to improve process performance and reliability of production systems">
- Conducting rigorous performance, reliability, and capacity testing on new applications prior to live implementation">
- Establishing documenting and monitoring procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards">
- Addressing system issues, including resolving and escalating issues to the appropriate group">
- Implementing technologies and processes to automate system monitoring and performance benchmarking">
- Overseeing daily tasks and developing Basis skills of Operation Technicians">
- Maintaining disaster recovery documentation and participating in Disaster Recovery Testing">
- Supporting and investigating change requests to system functionality">
- Applying OSS note fixes to programs as needed">
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting to improve overall efficiency">
- Ensuring full support of all MGI governance and compliance responsibilities">
- Coordinating technical requirements for special projects">
