Job Title: PSA Expert

We are seeking an experienced PSA expert to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Certified in FinancialForce PSA implementation and customization.
  • Experience with workflow automation, project management, resource management, and billing workflows.

About You:

  • Proven track record of implementing and customizing PSA platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform basics (configuration, customization, reporting).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and customize FinancialForce PSA to align with business requirements.
  2. Design, develop, and optimize workflows to automate PSA processes.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.
  4. Provide end-user training and deliver ongoing system support.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficient in workflow automation within the FinancialForce ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of PSA project management, resource management, and billing workflows.
