Role Overview

This position involves developing business through wealth management techniques, ensuring quality service to clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet established targets by achieving set objectives.
  • Ensure banking targets are met with a focus on defined income objectives.
  • Achieve customer level profitability objectives individually and as part of the team.
  • Generate at least Rs 1,00,000 per customer from 75% of the self-base for Relationship Managers and team level for Senior Relationship Managers.
Additional Objectives:
  • Attain AUM growth objectives individually and as a team member.
  • Succeed in client sign-ons as specified by the Business Head.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships by updating interactions in the CRM system according to desk requirements.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Marketing or Finance.
  • Possess AMFI and NCFM certifications.
  • Certifications like CAIIB IRDA are optional.
Experience:

Requires a minimum of 2 years in Private Banking within banks. Preference is given to candidates with Wealth Management experience.
