API Integration Specialist

We deliver seamless, scalable API integrations that empower clients with real-time travel solutions.
About the Role:
- Manage end-to-end API integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support integration processes across all phases.
- Define, document, and communicate integration requirements clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain and enhance integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers.
- Monitor and assess integration performance, identifying areas for improvement and leading optimisation efforts.
- Project Manage using tools like ClickUp and Jira.
- Provide post-integration support, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Occasionally participate in business travel for partner visits or events.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering end-to-end API integrations.
- Strong experience working with API-based systems and understanding of REST/JSON/XML protocols.
- Solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in English (additional languages are a strong plus).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organised and self-motivated.
