Job Title: Lead Interior Designer

Position Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and innovative interior designer to lead our design team.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Quality: Oversee the accuracy and quality of all design deliverables, guaranteeing a high standard of excellence.
  • Project Management: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final execution.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  2. 1-3 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a proven track record of leading and delivering residential projects.
  3. Skills and Expertise:
  4. Proficiency in design tools, including PowerPoint and AutoCAD.
  5. Expertise in:
  6. Conceptual Design: Layout planning, style development, and mood boards.
  7. Technical Design: Material knowledge, execution strategies, and drawing preparation.
  8. Modular Design: Understanding of materials, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning.
  9. Civil Works & Services: Specifications and installation details.
