Lead Developer for High-Performance Solutions

We seek an accomplished Senior Technical Manager to spearhead the development of our POS/Payments systems. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional solutions in agile environments.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable POS/Payment applications that meet business needs and adhere to industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features that drive business growth.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
- Mentor and guide team members on technical challenges and best practices, promoting knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain high-quality codebases.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot frameworks, a good working knowledge of Angular (latest versions preferred), and familiarity with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and cloud platforms. Additionally, they should have experience in relational databases and version control systems like Git, exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, and a willingness to adapt to changing technologies and trends.
