The successful candidate will have drive, ownership, and the ability to tackle challenging problems both technically and process-related in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include working closely with development teams, Cloud Infrastructure, and other teams to ensure effective observability and improve reliability of products and infrastructure. You'll use your generalist background to see the big picture and work collaboratively to solve hard multi-disciplinary problems.

  1. Enable fast-growing teams across multiple applications and locations by enlightening and empowering them.
  2. Tackle complex development, automation, and business process problems, championing standards and best practices.
  3. E nsure scalability, performance, and resilience of products and processes.
  4. Work with development teams, Cloud Automation, and other teams for holistic understanding of observability gaps and their effective identification and resolution.
  5. Identify recurring problems and anti-patterns in development, operational, and security processes and help teams build observability for those.
  6. Develop, build, test, and deployment automation targeting multiple regions.
  7. Give back by working on and contributing to Open-Source projects.
