Site Reliability Engineer

As a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in the industry, we are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to take on a challenging role.
About the PositionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for driving and implementing a robust SRE strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting a culture of automation and efficiency by reducing unnecessary manual tasks.
- Developing strategies and methodologies to identify and automate repetitive processes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to establish and implement Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical services.
- Designing and implementing reliability improvements, conducting capacity planning, and performing chaos engineering exercises.
The successful candidate will possess hands-on SRE experience, a deep understanding of technical systems, and excellent analytical skills. Experience with cloud platforms, observability tooling, and infrastructure as code principles is highly desirable.
Requirements- A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in an SRE role.
- Practical experience defining and implementing SLOs, operating error budgets, and monitoring and observability technologies.
- Experience with corporate software development lifecycle methodologies and gitops implementation is a plus.
