We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in a key role. The successful candidate will have a strong background in architectural site management and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Development:
  • Design, manage and oversee architectural projects at construction sites
  • Review, monitor and expedite the production of building plans
  • Oversight of project information delivery and review process
  • Ensure consultant contract adherence and obligations fulfillment
  • Collaborate with construction teams for method statement, logistics, and site coordination reviews
  • Shop drawings review and coordination
  • Preparation of detailed designs and drawings for design or construction supplementation
  • Other design-related tasks as required
Qualifications:
  • Necessary Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture
  • Minimum 4 years ~ 7 years of experience in architect site management
  • Proficiency in design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
