**AI Engineer Role Description**: We're seeking a skilled AI Engineer to develop and deploy innovative AI solutions.

About the Position:

We require an expert in designing, building, and deploying AI/ML models for real-world applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services, ensuring scalability, performance, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Development: Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models using cutting-edge frameworks and algorithms.
  • Data Analysis: Preprocess and analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights, applying strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities, leveraging solid communication and project management skills.
  • Model Optimization: Optimize model performance, scalability, and maintainability, utilizing expertise in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Research and Development: Research and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms and frameworks, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for AI workflows, model training, and deployment processes, ensuring transparency and reproducibility.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics projects.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI/ML deployment.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

  • Experience in large language models (LLMs) or generative AI.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
