Job Title: Construction Contracts Manager

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for managing contracts from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will possess excellent cost management and communication skills, with a strong understanding of standard method of measurements.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Effective cost management and communication skills.
  • A thorough knowledge & experience in the standard method of measurements.
  • Sound contracts administration and Management skills.
  • The ability to monitor Cost control techniques.
  • Project Commercial Management skills.

Detailed responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate project documentation chronologically.
  • Familiarity with Employer's requirements based on Conditions of Contract and project schedule.
  • Identifying changes to project scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Preparing contractual justification and supporting documents for claims.
  • Preparing Contractual reply/request to employer for claim approval.
  • Preparing Claim documents.
  • Preparing detailed claim statement for Submission to DAAB.
  • Preparing presentation of claim from occurrence to present status.
  • Updating claim status to RO/HO.
  • Coordinating with project team and providing necessary inputs.
  • Preparing Comprehensive EOT application.
  • Ensuring claims are substantiated with Contract entitlements.
  • Providing input to DAAB committee and advocating for arbitration.
  • Meeting deadlines without delay and working under pressure.
