As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic ads, media buying, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels to maximize lead generation.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign data using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and sales to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic ads, media buying).
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in EdTech or digital marketing training domain.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM and lead tracking tools.
