We are enhancing our Growth team and looking for an individual who will play a pivotal role in senior hiring efforts.

The ideal candidate will oversee the recruitment process, providing exceptional support and care to candidates, while also helping us gain critical market intelligence by mapping competitors.

Key responsibilities include managing candidate flow, supporting interviews and coordinating interview schedules, preparing briefing documents, managing assessments and tests, and ensuring all candidate documentation is completed efficiently.

In addition, the successful candidate will maintain a database of top target candidates, providing them with regular updates and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure recruiting presentations are up-to-date.

Primary duties include producing regular activity reports, analyzing key trend data, and having strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.
