Job Opportunity: Site Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Site Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-rise real estate projects, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and excellent communication skills. They will also possess a strong ability to maintain site safety and organization, as well as effectively communicate with workmen and provide clear reports to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-Site Supervision: Assist engineers in the project's delivery by supervising on-site activities during site establishment, mobilization, RCC, and finishing work.
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee all phases of construction, including civil/structural work, services and equipment installation, testing and commissioning, demobilization, and final handover.
  • Site Management: Maintain a high standard of site safety, hygiene, and good housekeeping. Ensure proper material storage and orderliness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Thorough working knowledge of construction processes such as scaffolding, centering, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and masonry.
  • Experience with various finishes and services like plumbing and firefighting.
  • A flair for quality finishes.
  • Good communication skills with both workmen and management.
  • The ability to maintain site safety and organization.

Preferred Qualification:

  • A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred.
