Job Title: Student Visa Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Student Visa Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end student visa filing process for European countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all stages.
  • Review and verify visa-related documents, guaranteeing that they meet specific criteria and requirements.
  • Coordinate with students on necessary documentation and procedures, scheduling VFS appointments and providing guidance on the application process.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing embassy rules and immigration guidelines for EU countries, applying this knowledge to support students throughout their visa journey.
  • Prepare and submit university applications on behalf of students, ensuring that all forms meet specific criteria and requirements.
  • Maintain and manage individual student files, tracking application status and visa processing timelines to ensure seamless communication and updates.
  • Communicate professionally with students, universities, and consulates as needed, providing clear and concise information to facilitate smooth processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in student visa processing, specifically European visa applications, with a strong focus on organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of VFS processes, embassy rules, and document verification for countries like Germany, France, and Finland.
  • Experience in university application filing (online portals, SOPs, LORs, documentation), with a keen eye for detail and a ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with students, universities, and consulates as needed.
