The Role

We're seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Delivery team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of customer-facing mobile and web applications. This is a hands-on position that requires strong facilitation skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to develop project plans and manage individual deadlines.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Assemble project plans, assign tasks, identify resource needs, and escalate any issues appropriately.
  2. Manage projects day-to-day, ensuring adherence to our delivery processes to guarantee consistent high-quality results.
  3. Recognize and mitigate risks in the agreed delivery to the customer, managing and communicating any concerns to minimize impact.
  4. Identify delivery process improvements and share them with team members and leadership to drive continuous improvement across the Delivery Organization.

Abilities

  1. Strong facilitation skills to lead and participate in requirements sessions, scrum meetings, progress, and status meetings.
  2. Strong technical proficiency, especially relating to mobile applications, web applications, and development, systems integration, quality assurance, and product release and support requirements.
  3. Ability to develop project/product plans, manage individual deadlines, and goals.
  4. Must be able to grasp issues quickly and factor in technical dependencies and system limitations and constraints to make educated decisions in the absence of complete information.
  5. Cool, calm, collected, and collaborative, able to work well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments.
  6. Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions, and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
  7. Learning and adopting new tools very quickly.
