Job Title: Chemical Export Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Chemical Export Coordinator. As a key member of our export department, you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation and review of export documents, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review export documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
  • Manage insurance certificates and ensure sufficient insured amounts are maintained.
  • Coordinate with factories, customs brokers, forwarders, transporters, shipping lines, and customers to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Negotiate air or sea freight rates with forwarders and shipping lines.
  • Check and approve shipping documents, including SB checklists, BOE checklists, AWB drafts, and BL drafts.
  • Arrange for courier shipments through DHL or FedEx.
  • Ensure compliance with SCOMET and Narcotics regulations for every shipment.
  • Resolve queries from export customers promptly and efficiently.
  • Arrange for transportation of FCL shipments and factory stuffing.
  • Apply for Preferential and Non-preferential COOs online.
  • Handle multiple shipments efficiently and maintain accurate records.
  • Sending final shipment documents to customers and tracking cargo delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records for all export shipments, including EGM and RODTEP benefit status.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • A graduation degree is required.
  • Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in the chemical industry is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
