We are seeking a dynamic Payroll Expert to join our team. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of work experience in payroll management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage payroll for all employees across the organization, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Utilize payroll software to prepare salary statements and generate payroll reports as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to payroll, tax, and other statutory dues.
  • Assist in auditing procedures by preparing relevant payroll reports and maintaining comprehensive records.
  • Coordinate with the HR department to resolve any payroll-related discrepancies and issues promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with payroll processing and the ability to handle end-to-end payroll functions efficiently and accurately.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance related to payroll processes.
  • Familiarity with time and attendance systems to track employee hours accurately and assist in payroll calculations.
