  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment processes, ensure timely hiring to meet operational needs, identify and attract top talent, manage employee records and HR databases.
  • Employee Engagement and Onboarding: Oversee a smooth onboarding process, coordinate induction programs for new hires, ensure compliance with company policies during onboarding, foster a positive work environment, resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
  • HR Operations Management: Maintain employee records and HR databases, manage HR workflows including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Performance Management and Development: Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems, support managers in setting KPIs and employee development plans, address performance-related issues effectively.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs based on operational goals, coordinate training sessions and skill development programs, track training effectiveness and employee progress.
