Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success Advocate. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a customer-facing environment within the B2B healthcare sector.

The successful candidate will be directly involved in engaging with customers at various locations, understanding their experiences with our products, identifying potential challenges, and ensuring optimal product utilization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Regular Check-ins: Connect with customers to gather feedback on their experience with Tricog's products and services, ensuring they effectively use the products to meet their needs.
  • Report Feedback: Collect and relay customer insights and feedback to inform continuous improvement and development efforts.
  • Assist in Resolving Issues: Work closely with the product team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any challenges or issues customers face with our products, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Monitor Product Usage: Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement, helping customers maximize the value of Tricog's solutions.
  • Participate in Strategy Meetings: Contribute to internal meetings focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention strategies, providing insights and suggestions based on direct customer interactions.
