Visual Design Lead

We are seeking a visionary Visual Design Lead who can shape the visual identity of our brand and drive creative excellence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language that reflects our brand's values and mission.
  • Lead design teams in creating innovative and engaging visual content for web, social media, print, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual design and apply them to our brand's visual identity.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in leading multi-disciplinary design teams in media, digital publishing, or agency environments.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Ability to communicate complex design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality visual designs that meet and exceed client expectations.
