Position Summary:

  • Building & strengthening customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage incoming chats and emails and handle appropriate follow-up chats and emails by listening, empathizing and helping customers achieve their goals.
  • Address, resolve, and record any customer issues that arise pertaining to business growth, billing, and general account satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate the value of our products to our customers every day by providing amazing customer support.

Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You've Played

  • Bachelor's degree preferred for a solid foundation in English, Journalism or related field.
  • Multitasking skills are essential for handling multiple tasks simultaneously with high accuracy.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, especially written, to effectively convey ideas and information.
  • A positive, polite, confident, sincere and friendly disposition to provide excellent customer service.
  • The ability to solve problems & think quickly on your feet to respond to customer inquiries.
  • The ability to stay calm, cool and collected during stressful customer interactions to maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility – we're growing and evolving, and you'll need to come along for the ride to adapt to changing situations.
  • An eye for detail to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.

Academic qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism or related field.
