Job Title: Customer Engagement Representative

As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a delightful experience. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional service while upselling or cross-selling relevant products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new customers by selling Jio connections to prospective customers.
  • Call existing customers and explain the benefits of Jio's recharge plans.
  • Assist customers in completing their Jio recharges efficiently.
  • Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines.


Requirements:
  • Education: 10th pass with minimal gaps in education.
  • Experience: Fresher with basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of reading and writing, smartphone usage, local language proficiency, and sales skills.
