Strategic Business Manager

About the Role:

You will own revenue growth and manage key performance metrics for a region, ensuring both business and people success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to strategic decisions through in-depth analysis and qualitative inputs.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and experience to maximize business results.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a city team (Business Managers, Territory Area Managers, Designers, DPs, LPs) to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Create an ecosystem for successful design experiences for internal teams and customers.
  • Owning quality design closure of Livspace catalogue products and home improvement services for the region.
  • Drive and meet KPIs such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, customer satisfaction.
  • Provide continuous feedback to improve processes and enhance customer and team experiences.
