Network Security Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Network Security Specialist to drive technology design, implementation, and optimization for our customer projects/accounts.
  • Our ideal candidate will work closely with customers to plan, design, configure, and diagnose Cisco's suite of products, services, and solutions to accelerate customer outcomes.
  • The successful candidate will assist customers with integration and implementation of tools, systems, and service assurance, as well as support presale activities and translate business requirements into solution design.
  • Responsibilities will also include building customer simulations in test labs to resolve/validate complex problems and compatibility issues.
  • Additionally, the role requires creating and delivering customer collateral, portals, documentation, and knowledge transfer to align technical deliverables to customer business outcomes.
  • Ultimately, the goal is to drive customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services, while complying with and supporting company policies and processes.
