Production Leadership Role

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in production management and leadership, with experience working in a regulatory environment.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of manufacturing and packaging processes to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Enhance production efficiency, asset utilization, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards.
  • Implement corrective actions (CAPAs) as required by regulatory agencies.
  • Validate processes, cleaning schedules, and equipment maintenance to ensure operational excellence.
  • Develop systems to track and optimize productivity and standards.
  • Train production personnel and establish production procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure facility, equipment, and instrument maintenance and calibration activities.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory for uninterrupted production.
  • Establish holding periods for in-process products and cleaned/un-cleaned equipment.
Requirements:
  • 15-20 years of experience in injectable and solid dose manufacturing, planning, and operation management.
  • Regulatory experience in leadership roles, including US-FDA, MHRA, Anvisa, and PICs.
  • Knowledge of production optimization, resource management, and understanding of quality and regulatory domains.
  • Adequate knowledge of products, processes, and equipment.
