Job Description

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through strategic planning and execution. Your expertise in process improvement and change management will be essential in driving efficiency and quality across various operations.

  • Develop and implement large-scale strategic initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups, ensuring cost-effectiveness and pipeline management.
  • Analyze moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives, applying analytical skills and knowledge of organizational strategy.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members, promoting collaboration and effective communication.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of programs and initiatives that include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
