Key Finance Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled finance expert to drive our financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support data-driven decision-making.

Role Overview:

This is a pivotal role that involves maintaining financial discipline, preparing accurate statements, and supporting leadership with insights to drive growth. The candidate will play a key part in managing end-to-end finance operations including accounts payable, receivables, GST, statutory compliance, monthly management reports, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash flows and working capital requirements.
  • Oversee day-to-day book-keeping and accounting entries.
Compliance & Taxation:
  • Handle GST filing, tax compliances on a timely basis.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and coordinate with auditors.
Financial Reporting & MIS:
  • Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Internal Controls & Process Improvement:
  • Implement and strengthen financial controls and accounting systems.
  • Identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost optimization.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or CA/Inter CA/MBA (Finance).
  • 4–5 years of finance experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
