Job Title: Showroom Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Showroom Manager to oversee our retail experience centre and ensure customer satisfaction meets our high standards.

  • Maintain adherence to retail Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Execute stock and sample audits in a timely manner.
  • Maintain high-level housekeeping and hygiene standards throughout the showroom.
  • Maintain Visual Merchandising standards in the showroom.
  • Attend to customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide daily reports to the retail operations team.
  • Maintain operational checklists in the experience center.
  • Support sales teams in order closure and handle client walk-throughs effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail stores.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a store manager in retail.
  • Preferably, experience in the Furniture and Home Decor industry.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs.
  • Well-versed in Store Operations and SOP Management.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of service quality, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized showroom.
