A key role in our team is available for a Financial Services Professional. This position requires strong analytical and organizational skills to manage financial compliance, statutory filings, and company incorporations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various aspects of finance, including preparing and managing documentation for registrations, approvals, and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in company incorporation, licensing, and regulatory filings by ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for registrations, approvals, and legal compliance by following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Track application status and coordinate with government authorities for processing, ensuring smooth communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Guide clients on statutory obligations and documentation related to company setup, providing expert advice and support as needed.
  • Support timely filing of returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Evaluate financial data and prepare financial reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, providing insights for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Post-Graduate from a commerce background with a strong foundation in finance and accounting principles.
  • Basic knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and the Companies Act, 2013, with experience in compliance requirements such as ROC filings, statutory registers, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with accounting practices and compliance procedures, including MS Office, especially Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to manage accurate documentation and provide clear explanations to clients.
