Lead Full Stack Developer Role

Shreeniwas seeks a seasoned Full Stack Developer with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will drive the development of our next-generation products, leveraging your expertise in Node and ReactJS to create scalable and efficient solutions.
  • As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional groups to design and implement innovative features, ensuring alignment with our company vision.
  • Your strong technical expertise will enable you to tackle complex challenges and provide guidance to junior team members.
  • You will contribute to setting and maintaining high standards for code quality, ensuring our products meet the highest expectations.
  • As a self-motivated individual, you will take ownership of product development from conception to deployment, providing critical support and maintenance.
  • You will also be responsible for open-sourcing our projects and sharing your knowledge through blog posts, reinforcing our commitment to community growth.
  • Your role will be pivotal in shaping our company's direction and helping define our technical roadmap.
  • You will receive stock options in line with industry standards, reflecting your value to the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL and SQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS.
  • Experience with building APIs using NodeJS.
  • Familiarity with serverless components and microservices architecture.
  • Ability to write automation tests for code shipped during the SDLC.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with event streaming platforms like Kafka.

Salary Range: 15 - 85 Lakh/Year
