Job Title: Full Stack Developer with Expertise in .NET and React JS

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET and React JS to join our team at Risk Resources LLP. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining software applications to ensure high performance and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using .NET and React JS
• Design and implement frontend and backend solutions for web applications
• Create and maintain SQL Server databases and ensure their performance, security, and availability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other agile processes
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to the development process
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues
• Write comprehensive documentation for code and technical processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and team productivity

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with .NET, React JS, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Strong understanding of SQL Server database design and query optimization
• Experience with agile methodology and development tools such as Git, JIRA, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with software design/architecture patterns and best practices
• Knowledge of security principles and how they apply to web applications
• Experience in integrating frontend and backend elements with third-party services
• Understanding of responsive and mobile design
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Experience with testing and debugging
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
