Job Description:

The NET Full Stack position is crucial to our organization, requiring the development and maintenance of both frontend and backend solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of our web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across various devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable and robust web applications using .NET and React JS.
  • Collaborate with the design and product teams to translate UI/UX design wireframes into code.
  • Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code by using best software development practices.
  • Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and standards.
  • Work closely with backend developers to integrate with the server-side systems.
  • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing.
  • Troubleshoot and debug technical issues and provide solutions to complex problems.
  • Stay abreast of new trends and best practices in web development.
  • Follow an Agile development methodology for timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Proficiency with .NET framework, C#, and ASP.NET.
  • Strong knowledge of React JS and its core principles.
  • Experience with popular React JS workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
  • Hands-on experience with frontend development languages and technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of server-side CSS preprocessing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
  • Experience with database technologies, such as SQL Server or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Knowledge of performance testing and optimization techniques.
  • A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies in web development.
