**Proposal Development and Management**
As a Research Proposal Manager at ImpactDash, you will be responsible for developing and managing proposals that drive positive change in the world. This includes conducting in-depth research on research opportunities, sector landscapes, and policy trends related to social and climate impact, as well as cultivating a good pool of freelance proposal writers divided by thematic expertise.
**Responsibilities**
* Supervise high-quality proposals, concept notes, and grant applications for institutional donors, foundations, and corporate partners.* Be responsible for client relationships and ensure clear pitching and communication at the proposal.* Oversee the proposal development lifecycle, including budgeting, compliance, and submission timelines.* Maintain a repository of research insights, proposal templates, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners, and donors to develop and execute proposals that align with our organization's mission.
**Qualifications**
* PhD/ Master's degree in International Development, Environmental Studies, Public Policy, or related field.* 5+ years of experience in research, proposal writing, and fundraising within the social or climate impact sector.* Programmatic experience in impact measurement, MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning), and data analysis.* Strong understanding of donor landscapes, funding mechanisms, and proposal guidelines for foundations, bilateral/multilateral agencies, and corporate donors.* Experience with content writing: Excellent writing, editing, and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.* Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.* Tech proficient: Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, SaaS platforms, research tools, and Google Office Suite.* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
